How to make a stock gift

1. Contact the PCI-Media Impact office toll free at 877-724-7627 for information on how to make an electronic transfer of shares via DTC to our account at JP Morgan Chase.

To ensure that you are properly credited and acknowledged by PCI for your gift, it is important that you inform the Director of Development, by calling toll-free 877-724-7627.

* Please be advised that for tax purposes, the date for a gift of electronically transferred stock is the date the transfer is complete.

2. If you hold the stock certificate, send it unendorsed in an envelope to:

In a separate envelope to the same address, send a signed, but otherwise blank, stock power form.
